When you install the Japanese software the "Legacy" programs will be found in a "CLIP STUDIO" folder while the "new" programs will be installed to "CLIP STUDIO 1.5" (no "EN" on the end). It should be located in a program/applications folder named "CLIP STUDIO 1.5 EN." If you had PAINT installed before version 1.5 you will also have a "CLIP STUDIO EN" folder on your system holding the "Legacy" version of the English software. I'm going to assume you already have the official English version of CLIP STUDIO PAINT installed on your computer. So far only the PAINT and "Assets" apps have been officially translated into English, leaving users outside of Japan without the tools to create native 3D materials.įor a more detailed run-down of each of the apps in the suite, please see my " Introduction to the Clip Studio Suite." However, PAINT can still (for the most part) use the older format 3D materials, so COORDINATE is still available and can be used as a "legacy" app.

The suite originally consisted of PAINT, MODELER, ACTION, COORDINATE, plus a Launcher and Assets manager simply called "CLIP STUDIO."
